PROMOTIONS
Free shipping promotion
Free delivery on orders placed on the Abian Skateboards website. We make free shipping to Spain (Peninsula). The rest of the countries of the European community will apply the corresponding rate. We reserve the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
In purchases made on the Abian website, the shipping document, which is attached to the shipment, is a receipt. If you purchased your Abian Skateboards product through an authorized Abian dealer, the corresponding receipt has proof of purchase.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION
Abianskateboards.com offers free shipping for all orders placed within Spain (Peninsula). The rest of the countries of the European community apply a fee. Orders are generally delivered within 15 business days; For custom items, the deadline is up to 30 business days.
All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft or damage. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled.
CUSTOM ITEMS ORDERS
Custom tables are unique so the manufacturing process is longer. Custom item orders are generally delivered within 30 business days.
TRACKING THE SHIPMENT
We will send you an email confirming the carrier details and tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order.
DELIVERY
Remember to check the status of the products when you receive them. You can always refuse to accept the delivery or reject it if you are not satisfied with their status.
RETURN POLICY
When you shop at AbianSkateboards.com, you can always change your mind. You may choose to terminate the contract and return any product purchased from abianskateboards.com, for any reason, within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. Please note that custom items cannot be returned if you change your mind! You will have to pay for the return shipping of the product; Abian Skateboards, for its part, after reviewing the product and ensuring that it has not been damaged or lost its components, will refund the full amount of your order.
When we have reimbursed the amount of the item (s), you will receive an email notification. Proof of purchase is necessary to make the return. The product must be returned in the original unmarked packaging and must include all the accessories and documents that may have come with it. The personalized product has been created especially for you, so we cannot accept the return of these items. Any direct costs that we have to face in relation to the return and repair of the item (s) on which you have exercised your rights of withdrawal (if applicable) will be your responsibility. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND REPLACEMENTS
If you have chosen to replace a defective product in accordance with our Terms of Sale, a new product will be shipped to you as soon as the defective product has been received and processed in our warehouse. This also applies to personalized items.
LIMITATIONS
We only accept returns of items purchased at abianskateboards.com. Items purchased from Abian and authorized sellers must be returned to the place of purchase. All refunds will be made using the original payment method.
WARRANTY
If your item was purchased from one of our authorized dealers we recommend that you first ask for assistance with the original point of sale where you purchased your product. Alternatively, follow the steps below to request assistance with your Abian Skateboards product. Send an email to info@abianskateboards.com detailing the incident, and attaching a photo or video if necessary. You will shortly receive a reply to your email.
ABIAN SKATEBOARDS LIMITED WARRANTY
All Abian products are guaranteed for two years against manufacturer defects, counting from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized Abian Skateboards dealer that clearly shows the date of purchase. Abian's warranty does not cover alteration of the product, improper use or abuse thereof, automatically voiding the warranty. The solution will be to repair or replace the item as determined by Abian Skateboards. The legal rights in force in the national regulations regarding the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty.
EXCESSIVE WEAR:
- Signs of inappropriate use or treatment.
- Lack of maintenance.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY TIME
There may be some applicable consumer rights in your country other than some / all of the above indications. In these cases, Abian will abide by local legislation. Your legal rights will not be affected.
